What happens next?

Upon receipt of your enquiry form or your telephone enquiry, we will send you a quotation for the type of accommodation and vacation period you are wanting. We will also point you to an online BOOKING FORM, should you wish to proceed.

Once we have received your completed booking form and your deposit, we will confirm your booking by telephone or email.

We will send you a receipt for your deposit and an invoice showing the date when we require the balance of the rental fee.

When the balance of the rental fee is received, we will send you the final invoice.

Before your departure, we will send you our "welcome pack" containing details of the location of your holiday home. The pack will contain the location of our managing agent for collection of the key, or the location of the home.
