All homes
have multiple bathrooms and a private screen enclosed pool.
Stays of 5 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of $65.
We take payments
by check/cheque in US Dollars or £ Sterling.
We also take payments and credit cards via PayPal in US Dollars, £ Sterling
and Euros. A surcharge of 4% is made for PayPal and credit card payments through
PayPal. If you wish to pay by credit card, we can only take such payments
via PayPal.

Discounted
car rental and attraction tickets
We offer discounted attraction tickets to all the major Florida locations, such as Disney World, Universal, Sea World, Busch Gardens. And we also offer discounted car rental rates. You do not have to book a home with us to take advantage of these prices.

Pool
Heating
$25 (£15) per day (minimum 4 days,
including
Florida State Tax)
Depending upon the time of year, you may want the pool heated. The minimum period is four days. We will be pleased to quote a price when you book.
Broadband (high-speed), unlimited use Internet access
Free for the duration
of your stay
We provide you with connection details and the hardware to connect to the cable broadband internet access in our house. You will need to provide your own computer/laptop, but we may be able to arrange for computer rental if you need it. This is only available in selected homes.
Crib/Cot
and Highchair sets
Crib/cot and a highchair are included at no charge in our home, but there may be a charge for other homes that we offer. Please request it on the booking form.
