Booking and Payment
Any email, enquiry form or telephone booking will be provisional and held for seven days, pending receipt of the booking form and deposit. The balance of the rental fee is payable no later than eight weeks prior to departure. Written confirmation of your booking and all receipts will be sent as soon as possible. Please make your cheques payable to "E Street". Credit card and PayPal payments are liable to a 4% surcharge.
Number of Guests
Security DepositGroups must be of the size specified on the booking form and are also subject to the maximum occupancy permitted or desired for that home. In addition, homes cannot be used for reasons other than normal family vacation rental. This includes (but is not limited to) parties, reunions, meetings, wedding receptions. Failure to comply with this condition will render the booking void, and our managing agents have the right to immediately evict your group from the home without refund. We reserve the right to decline all male or all female groups. Pets are not permitted in homes.
When you pick up the keys to your villa, our managing agents may request a credit card imprint as a security deposit.AmendmentsIf after booking you decide to alter any details, we will do our utmost to make the change requested. Alterations requested within eight weeks of departure may have to be treated as a cancellation.CancellationsIf the balance of the holiday is not paid by the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In the event of the client cancelling the booking with more than 56 days to departure, the deposit will be forfeited. Thereafter cancellation charges within 55 to 29 days of departure will be 50% of the rental, 28 days or less to departure will be 100% of the rental. We strongly recommend that you take out Insurance Cover to protect against cancellation.InsuranceSafetyWe suggest that you have adequate insurance cover in force for the entire period of rental. We have insurance that covers our home and its contents. Our insurance does not cover your personal possessions lost or damaged when on vacation, nor does it cover any costs you may incur if you have to cancel your booking.
All properties have a private pool. The owners and their agents cannot accept responsibility whatsoever and howsoever caused as a result of use of the pool and the surrounding area. Guests are specifically requested to supervise children at all times.Force MajeureWe can accept no responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of loss or changes caused by force majeure e.g. Strikes, Fire, Flood, Closure of Airports, Weather Conditions, War, Riots, Terrorist Activity or any other event beyond our control.LiabilityWe cannot accept liability for acts of omissions of or changes of third parties, such as Airlines, Car Hire companies etc. We can neither accept responsibility or liability for any accident, injury or illness sustained during your rental period, regardless of how it may occur.
